The Oriental Jade Hotel

I spend a third of each year in hotels either traveling for work or on holidays. In all those years have never met such thoughtful and well trained staff. They truly care and do everything they can to make your stay a good one. From recommendations on what to do, preparing a breakfast box if you need to leave early, or just giving you an umbrella before you ask, they anticipate everything you might need. Really quite amazing.

The Oriental Jade in Hanoi is a very charming hotel located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, an area full of history, restaurants, people enjying themselves sitting outside Coffee shops, restaurants and street food stands. The Oriental jade has a beautiful building and an amazing reception that welcomes you with special drinks and makes you feel at home in Hanoi very quickly. The service quality is the best i have seen in Vietnam. I was offer an upgrade to the most beautiful suite of the Hotel with a view on the old quarter. The luxury of the room is amazing with art and history from Vietnam. The aromas of Vietnam fill the room with enchanting atmosphere. The bed is super comfortable and the surrounding makes for a memorable experience. The breakfast is also one of the best I have tasted in Vietnam with the highest quality for all Vietnamese specialties in addition to Indian, European, American dishes. The hotel gave us a map of Hanoi and directed us to the most enchanting places in the Old Quarter near the magical lake, the narrow streets with souvenirs and coffeeshops. The experience was amazing. I have seen very few places where the hotel, the suite, breakfast and most of all the customer service at the reception and the wonderful managers sitting there, all provide a warm and memorable welcoming. This is a place everyone should visit upon arriving in Hanoi. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy the beaty and confort of the hotel but alsot most of all the magical warmth of the people working there: exciting, warm, engaged, honest and super helpful. This is the top luxury in Hanoi and the most exciting human experience to share.

Wow! This place is amazing! The service is top notch and the location can’t be beat for Hanoi’s Old Quarter. If your browsing like I was for a hotel to stay in the area, the Oriental Jade Hotel is worth every penny. The room has cold AC, and is super clean. We got the balcony room so we could enjoy the street view of Hanoi’s wild street traffic every morning. The staff greeted us and told us goodbye everytime we left and had the door man open for us as well. Breakfast was pretty good as well. They greeted us with a welcome drink and even gave us a little gift before we left with a Vietnamese coffee maker! Main take away is to spend the money and book here, you’ll be within walking distance of everything and won’t regret it!

I encountered some unexpected complications with my visa process, and Brian went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation. His dedication and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such a level of personalized support. Brian's efforts were instrumental in resolving my visa issues, and I am immensely grateful for his help. If you're planning a trip to Hanoi, I wholeheartedly recommend the Oriental Jade Hotel. With its perfect location, clean and comfortable accommodations, excellent food and amenities, and, most importantly, the exceptional service provided by Justin and the entire team, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience.

It was hands down the best breakfast experience during our 3-week journey through Vietnam. The gym was another standout feature, with modern, high-quality equipment in pristine condition, making workouts enjoyable and hassle-free.
