The Oriental Jade in Hanoi is a very charming hotel located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, an area full of history, restaurants, people enjying themselves sitting outside Coffee shops, restaurants and street food stands. The Oriental jade has a beautiful building and an amazing reception that welcomes you with special drinks and makes you feel at home in Hanoi very quickly. The service quality is the best i have seen in Vietnam. I was offer an upgrade to the most beautiful suite of the Hotel with a view on the old quarter. The luxury of the room is amazing with art and history from Vietnam. The aromas of Vietnam fill the room with enchanting atmosphere. The bed is super comfortable and the surrounding makes for a memorable experience. The breakfast is also one of the best I have tasted in Vietnam with the highest quality for all Vietnamese specialties in addition to Indian, European, American dishes. The hotel gave us a map of Hanoi and directed us to the most enchanting places in the Old Quarter near the magical lake, the narrow streets with souvenirs and coffeeshops. The experience was amazing. I have seen very few places where the hotel, the suite, breakfast and most of all the customer service at the reception and the wonderful managers sitting there, all provide a warm and memorable welcoming. This is a place everyone should visit upon arriving in Hanoi. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy the beaty and confort of the hotel but alsot most of all the magical warmth of the people working there: exciting, warm, engaged, honest and super helpful. This is the top luxury in Hanoi and the most exciting human experience to share.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's perfect location in the heart of the city. It made exploring Hanoi incredibly convenient, with major attractions, delicious street food, and vibrant markets just steps away. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and my room was not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The amenities provided were top-notch, catering to every need I had. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the exceptional service and the outstanding food. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of delectable dishes, and each meal was a culinary delight. What truly set this hotel apart was the extraordinary assistance I received from the manager, Brian. I encountered some unexpected complications with my visa process, and Brian went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation. His dedication and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such a level of personalized support. Brian's efforts were instrumental in resolving my visa issues, and I am immensely grateful for his help. If you're planning a trip to Hanoi, I wholeheartedly recommend the Oriental Jade Hotel. With its perfect location, clean and comfortable accommodations, excellent food and amenities, and, most importantly, the exceptional service provided by Justin and the entire team, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience.

The friendly, attentive staff are a real asset. The hotel was clean, inviting & comfortable. It’s in a convenient, central location - one block from the lake, Old Quarter shopping streets, the Cathedral & hundreds of cafes & food outlets. Handy minimart 3 doors away. Our family of four had spacious interconnecting rooms. Great double glazing keeping most of the Hanoi street noise out. We visited in the peak of summer so the freezing air con made for a great place to retreat to each afternoon. The rooftop infinity pool was a favourite with the kids with a great bar & fabulous views all around. The front of house staff are approachable & helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh, varied & delicious - we LOVED the complimentary iced condensed milk coffee - thanks beautiful restaurant staff. Thanks also to the excellent & meticulous housekeeping staff for ensuring such clean & comfortable surroundings. Five stars all round!!

Staff hospitality was exceptional and felt genuine. I have stayed in quite a few luxury and mid range hotels and sometimes staff interaction does feel over the top and fake. This hotels staff felt genuine and happy. The bed was comfortable as me and my wife like it one the firm side. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fruit and the pool with a poolside bar was nice since the weather in Hanoi is muggy. The location of this hotel is great because it is situated 1-2 minutes by the foot from the busiest streets in hanoi old qarter so you can easilly reach the whole area by foot, the hotel itself is in a quiet area and also majority of the tour and travel companies can pick you up as they mostly arrange pick ups and drop offs only to Hanoi old quarter

The Oriental Jade Hotel impressed us with its stylish design, spotless cleanliness, and top-notch maintenance. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, exceeding the expectations of even the most discerning travelers. One highlight was the breakfast, variety of dishes, beautifully presented, and accompanied by personalized table service. It was hands down the best breakfast experience during our 3-week journey through Vietnam. The gym was another standout feature, with modern, high-quality equipment in pristine condition, making workouts enjoyable and hassle-free. The location couldn’t be better – just 300 meters from the vibrant night market and within easy walking distance of key attractions. Date visited: Dec 2024
